Summer Cottage

Sited on its own small peninsula, this cottage recast a similarly massed, prefabricated structure from the 1930’s. Facing strict local and state requirements as a grandfathered structure, the 1718-square-foot, year-round, three-bedroom home retains its unique, three-fireplace core from its predecessor. Maximum light was achieved through the offset room design, while built-in furniture, including the window seat, a kitchen pantry, and a desk alcove utilize the best of tight spaces.
