Morris Construction Services, Inc., an adjunct of John Morris Architects, provides clients wanting to get their projects built on time, on budget, without hassle and strictly according to the plans, the option of doing so. Since its beginning in 1994, MCS has delivered over $30 million worth of construction to our clients through this process.  This option, which we refer to as Single Point Responsibility, is just that.  The process that, architecturally speaking, starts with good programming and budgeting and follows through to conceptual design, design refinement, construction detailing and specification, ultimately succeeds only when the built product meets every expectation.  By using MCS, the owner has a single point of responsibility for budget, delivery and warranty.

Through MCS construction management, we have the ability to act as the advocate for both the project and the owner, and are thus able to assure that the project gets built on time and budget by thoroughly vetted trade contractors,very competitive pricing, and seamless coordination between Architect and Constructor staff.
